Ron Beaudoin is a proven entrepreneur and strategic leader with deep experience in the music products industry. He is the former president/owner of retail instrument rental business Mobile Music of South Jersey and previously held the position of Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Guitar Center where he supervised all sales and marketing activities for Music & Arts, a $200 million-dollar chain of specialty retail stores. Mr. Beaudoin has extensive experience in consumer market analysis, business valuations and business integrations as a result of participating in more than 15 mergers and acquisitions over a ten-year period.

Currently, Mr. Beaudoin serves as President and CEO of National Educational Music Co. LTD, a leading national provider of products and services for the school music market. During his tenure, which began in 2015, the company has experienced an average increase in annual income of 145% and a 248% net increase in shareholder equity.

Mr. Beaudoin attended Glassboro State College in NJ and studied Music Theory with a business concentration. As a sax and flute player, he has shared the stage with jazz greats such as Ubie Green, Louie Bellson and Gerry Mulligan. Mr. Beaudoin has provided clinics and workshops for various organizations in the public and private sectors on topics including leadership, sales, management and music advocacy. He has supported education and the arts by serving on the boards of the New Jersey Music Educators Association, the Give a Note Foundation, Fairfax Arts Coalition for Education, the Crescendo Foundation and a curriculum advisory board for Seaton Hall University. He and his wife currently reside in Lancaster Co. Pennsylvania.
