Rachel Bepko

Strategic Advisor

Rachel is a lifelong believer in the power of music to shape identity, confidence, and community. A classically trained vocalist and multi-instrumentalist, she began her career in Nashville studying studio production and the craft of performance, experiences that sparked her commitment to making music education more accessible for all students. She went on to teach in public schools, where she built programs centered on creativity and storytelling, and later founded SongFarm.org, a nonprofit that helped young writers develop and share original music with professional mentorship. Today, Rachel continues this work as a strategic advisor for Give A Note Foundation, where she applies her background in education, nonprofit leadership, and mission-driven strategy to support music educators and expand opportunities for young people nationwide. A devoted advocate for creative equity, Rachel brings thoughtful leadership to every initiative and treasures exploring new places, new ideas, and quiet moments with her family.
