Beth Slusher is the Chief Operating Officer of Give A Note Foundation and a founding Board of Directors leader who helped shape the organization’s vision and growth since its official launch in 2012. She has been a driving force behind Give A Note’s focus on innovation, championing the Music Education Innovator Award (MEIA) program and leading the development and implementation of the Music Tech Empowers initiative. MTE was created as a direct response to insights and data gathered from music educators across the country, ensuring programs are grounded in real classroom needs and designed for long-term impact.
With a background as an entrepreneur in the school music industry and experience as an executive coach and Vistage Chair, Beth brings a unique perspective that blends leadership development, business strategy, and a deep understanding of the evolving music education landscape. She works closely with educators, partners, and industry leaders to create sustainable programs that engage students who have not traditionally participated in music education and connect them to real-world creative and career pathways.
Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts in vocal and instrumental music performance from Ball State University and was honored as an Outstanding Young Alumnus. She remains deeply committed to supporting music educators and ensuring that all students have access to meaningful, relevant music learning experiences.
